Mindfulness is the ability to be aware of what you are feeling and sensing in the moment while in a state of relaxation. Discover the usefulness of meditation and yoga to help you find your mindfulness. Adaptive techniques will be used in the yoga portion.
You will be led through the mindful practice of creating intuitive mandalas. Through drawing and watercolors learn to trust your imagination and “go with the flow” when designing the mandala, and “letting go of making mistakes” or “perfection”.
